Q: Do you provide hair and makeup?
A: No, sorry - we do recommend Grace and Style, and MAC. The nearest MAC is at Myers Chermside, 10 minutes from our studio.
Q: How long will my shoot take?
A: That depends on which package you choose. Portrait Shoots start from 30 minutes.
Q. Can I arrange a longer shoot?
A. Yes, certainly. We only ask that you arrange in advance so that bookings don't clash. Just ask about our current promotions.
Q. Can we go to multiple locations?
A. Travel is not included in our pricing, however we love to travel. Phone us on 3265 5580 or email to discuss what you need.
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: It’s a good idea to bring accessories or props to 'set the mood'. I have some fun props, such as vintage guitars, retro kitchen setting and more.

A: If your photoshoot was at our studio, you can return to the studio one hour later and choose your favourites.Q: When will I get my prints?
A: Prints are available to pickup within 21 days. Photobooks and albums can take up to 30 days.Q: Where is the online gallery?
A: If you've chosen to view your photos online, your gallery link and login details will be emailed to you.Q: Will my photos be “retouched”?
A: Yes they will. You can even specify that you want certain imperfections removed at no extra charge - limitations apply. Extensive retouching is extra.Q: Do I have to buy prints or albums?
A: No, we guarantee NO HARD SELL.
