WEDDING FAQ
Q: How do I book?
A: Fill in the form under the 'Save the Date' link, ring or email.
Once booking fee of $290 and booking form received, your date is reserved. Your booking fee is deducted from full price.
Q: Can I meet you and see a sample album?
A:
Couples often like to meet Kerri in person and view a sample album.
Simply email or phone to arrange an appointment to visit us at our Virginia studio - 51 Wellington St, near the Virginia Golf Course.
Q: We live interstate/overseas. How can we see a sample Wedding album?
A:
Email or phone and I'll send you a link to an online album.
Q: What is an E Shoot?
A: It's a pre Wedding Photo Shoot. E is short for Engagement.
It is highly recommended to familiarise yourself with your photographer and become more relaxed in front of the camera. You can even have a poster at your Wedding or guest book for all your guests' signatures and well wishes.
Q: What should I wear to the E shoot?
A: You should wear clothes you feel comfortable in, black or white t-shirt and jeans work well (striped clothes not recommended).
If you would like, you can dress to a theme, such as vintage.
Q: Do you provide hair and makeup for the E shoot?
A: No.
Q: How many hours will you provide Photographic Wedding Coverage?
A: If you want us to be there for breakfast and
stay until the last guest leaves, that’s OK. If you’d prefer coverage at the ceremony
only, that’s OK too.
Build from our packages, or talk to us to create your own.
Q. Can I arrange a longer Wedding Coverage than originally booked?
A. Yes, as long as we don't have another booking. $200 per hour.
Q. Do you have a Photo booth for the Wedding?
A. We can set up an area at your reception for guest photos.
We bring a photographic background and lighting. The area needed is approx 3 metres square. No power is necessary.
Q. Can I list the photos I want taken at my Wedding?
A. We're happy to work with you to 'get the look' that you envisage. Do remember that a photographer is a skilled professional who uses their artistic vision and knowledge to create your portraits. It's a great practise to nominate a family member to work with the photographer to ensure that the family portraits run smoothly. We simply don't know who 'Uncle Arthur' or 'Grandma Smith' is.
Q. Do you need a meal at the Wedding?
A. If you would like us to stay for more than one hour at the reception, a meal is required for the two photographers, please.
Like everyone else, we need to refuel after an exciting day.
We're happy to eat in another room at the venue.
Q: When do I see my photos?
A: Your photodisc is mailed to you within 14 days of your Wedding. Wedding highlights are posted to our blog within 30 days of your Wedding.
Q: When will I get my prints?
A:
Prints are available to pickup or may be posted within 21 days.
Q: How do we design the Album?
A: Choose your album size, style, cover and photos, and Kerri (an experienced graphic designer) will create your album. We email you a proof, and you can switch images as needed.
Q: How many images can I have in my album?
A: As many as you like. Album pages can be added or removed. We design our albums to re-create your Wedding Day, with a blend of details, candid moments and portraits.
Q: When will I get my album?
A: Once you have approved the album design, and paid in full, your album can take up to 30 days to return from the album maker.
Q: Can I buy a gift voucher?
A: Yes you can buy online HERE. Alternatively, mail a cheque or australia post money order to us. Please include your details -
name, address,
name and address of recipient if voucher is a gift.
